Description : is an urban resort of only 16 rooms and suites, built around seventeenth-century private houses in the heart of the historic center of Lecce. known for its Baroque architecture and its historical past. It is precisely here that La Fiermontina rises, a Masseria reinterpreted in a modern key that reflects the historical context in which it is located. The olive trees surround the swimming pool in the garden embellished with sculptures, a rarity in the ancient district. The luxury hotel has the peculiarity of the traditional stone floors of Trani and Lecce stone, characteristic of the noble residences in the Salento region. The idea of ??Fiermontina became practical during an afternoon walk in the historic center of Lecce, which brought Giacomo Fiermonte, a French businessman, in front of the "VENDESI " outside some seventeenth-century houses. The inspiration for this project comes from the nephew's desire to pay tribute to his maternal grandmother, Antonia Fiermonte. Born in Puglia, Antonia was linked to the French artistic scene of the early '30s, on the birth of Modernism, Dadaism and Surrealism. His brother Enzo lived a life to say the least epic, first becoming a box champion and then an actor, later marrying an American of high social rank, Lady Astor. Filali bought the house to annex it to his legacy: a new structure that merged tradition and minimalism. To accomplish this tribute, the owner set out to look for the illustrious architect from Puglia, Antonio Annicchiarico, who had created projects for the director Roberto Benigni and the Hermes family. The result was the absorption of 16 private houses to say the least unique, which are characterized by the vaults and star ceilings typical of the noble houses of Salento, private balconies and fireplaces. Scattered inside, we find antique furniture and original art directly from Filali's personal collection which includes works by Le Corbusier, Charlotte Perriand and Tobia Scarpa. The sculptures in the private garden are her grandmother's inheritance, which gives the hotel its name. Fiermontina represents the fusion between the Apulian tradition and contemporary elements. The French designs by Charles-Philippe and Christophe give the interior a chic air.
Accomodation : in many rooms the aesthetics is refined by the star ceilings, the Italian furniture with high-level design, which follow a modern and ancient style at the same time as the entire Resort, personalized fabrics, products organic and bathroom accessories.
SUITE N ° 7 (about 50 m & max2 ;, max 4 persons): through a stone staircase, guests can reach the most suggestive suite of the Resort. Very spacious and bright, it includes a queen size bed, an adjoining and independent lounge with an extra bed for 2 people and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. There are also decorated niches and a stone fireplace. On the upper floor there is a private terrace with a wonderful view of the garden.
ONE-BEDROOM SUITE (single, about 50 m & max2 ;, max 4 people): the 4 most spacious rooms, include king and queen size beds, a private lounge and a large bathroom with shower and some cases with tub. One of the suites is equipped with a pair of sinks: the feeling is perfect; that of being in a luxury spa. In some suites there is an extra sofa bed for 1 or 2 people. It has a large built-in wardrobe; some suites also feature a stone fireplace. Many suites have a private outdoor relaxation area or terrace.
DUPLEX SUITE (about 35 m & max2 ;, max 4 people): the 2 suites have a unique structure given by the height of the ceiling. A small stone staircase leads from the relaxation area to the spacious wooden mezzanine, where the bedroom has a king-size or queen-size bed. The suites are embellished with works of art and antiques. Bathrooms have large showers and designer furniture.
JUNIOR SUITE (about 34 m & max2 ;, max 3 people): 5 suites with large bedroom with king or queen size beds, a bathroom with shower; in some cases there is a bathtub and a built-in closet. Embellish the suite works of art from the owner's private collection. One of the suites has a sofa bed for children. All have a private outdoor relaxation area.
DELUXE ROOM (about 30 m & max2 ;, max 2 people): 3 rooms that represent an excellent option for a couple or a single Guest. The architectural elements in stone or wood give character to the environment. Rooms have king or queen beds; large shower in designer bathrooms. Some have a private outdoor relaxation area.
SUPERIOR ROOM (about 25 m & sup2;): a single double room with queen size bed, elegant and comfortable, also suitable for a single guest. Features a small balcony and a bathroom with a shower.
All rooms are equipped with 2 TV 40 " (except in SUPERIOR ROOM) and 48 " with SKY HD, wi-fi, air conditioning, stereo system (except in SUPERIOR ROOM), hairdryer and safe. All the services in the room are easily managed by the Guest via touchpad.

Catering : the restaurant serves high interpretations of poor cuisine to be consumed in the elegant main dining room or outdoors, among the olive and orange trees of the hotel's enclosed garden. The gastronomic options are part of this particular region such as Puglia; the dishes are prepared only with fresh local products. Fiermontina offers typical Apulian dishes, such as " ciceri e tria " ;, " orecchiette with cime di rapa " and for dessert, the legendary pasticciotto. " Enzo " it is the dimly lit hotel bar, once used as a barn. Movie posters adorn the walls; the spheres designed by the architect and designer Tobia Scarpa (luminaires hanging from the ceiling that follow the spherical stone vault) seem almost suspended on the bar, covered with gold-colored panels, like jewels.
