Day 2 - Tour of Salento: Lecce - Otranto - Gallipoli - Breakfast, departure to visit the historical center of Lecce, Visit the most significant monuments of Lecce Baroque: San P.za Oronzo, St. Matthew's Church, Church of the Rosary, Piazza Duomo, Santa Croce. Free Lunch. Transfer to Otranto. In the afternoon visit the historical center of Otranto, cities in the East of Italy. Visit the cathedral with the Chapel of the 800 martyrs, the crypt and the mosaic (one of the largest in the world) work of monaco Pantaleone. Depending on the time still available to continue to Gallipoli on the Ionic coast of Salento. Day 3 – Itria Valley: Alberobello - Ostuni - Breakfast, tour of Alberobello, the capital of the trulli in Puglia and symbol. Day 4 - Alta Murgia & Basilicata: Matera - Altamura - Breakfast and departure to Matera, the Sassi Magnificent City (UNESCO World Heritage) and perched namesake canyon carved in limestone. We will visit the top with the Civita which is dominated by the magnificent Romanesque Cathedral and the lower part with the Sasso Barisano. Free Lunch. In the afternoon we will make a brief stop in Altamura to know and discover this fantastic city full of monuments located in the Alta Murgia National Park. Return to hotel, dinner and overnight.
Day 5 - Valley Itria: Castellana Grotte - Martina Franca> Cisternino - Breakfast and departure to the Castellana Grotte to visit the caves that preserve its beautiful formations of stalagmites and Stalattic unique in the world. Free Lunch. In the afternoon visit of Martina Franca, a magnificent baroque town, considered the capital of Valle d'Itria. Martina Franca is famous for its palaces and its churches beautifully decorated with the typical white stone much like the Pietra Leccese. Short stop in Cisternino, another beautiful town in the Itria Valley before returning to the hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 6 – Cattedrali & Castelli: Trani - Castel del Monte - Breakfast and departure to Trani, magnificent seaside town north of Bari visit its Romanesque Cathedral, a symbol of Puglia, and the castle built by Frederick II of Svevia in defense of the port. Free Lunch. In the afternoon visit to Castel del Monte (UNESCO World Heritage) with its unique plant and an octagonal base with 8 towers on each corner always octagonal. It continues for the Gargano. Arrival at the hotels Around Manfredonia, dinner and overnight.
Day 7 - Gargano Manfredonia - Monte Sant 'Angelo> San Giovanni Rotondo - Breakfast and visit of Manfredonia.
