Day 1 - Rome – You’ll be met at the airport for your private transfer to your hotel. Time to settle in and explore, dinner on your own.
Day 2 - Rome - Breakfast at your hotel, transfer to city centre to meet your guide for a panoramic tour of the most amazing sights of ancient and classic Rome - Coliseum,Roman Forum, Capitoline Hill and St. Peter’s Square. Continue in the afternoon with a walking tour through the historic city centre to explore Campo de Fiori, Piazza Farnese, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. You have the rest of the day at leisure. Dinner not included.
Day 3 - Rome - Naples - Pompeii –Amalfi Coast – Breakfast at your hotel and departure for Naples. Meet your guide for a walking tour through the historic centre to discover the most wonderful landmarks in Naples: Piazza del Plebiscito, the Royal Palace, the Galleria Umberto I and the Teatro di San Carlo. On to Pompeii where you’ll have free time for lunch. Afternoon visit to the archaeological site of the Roman city that was destroyed by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD. We’ll reach the Amalfi Coast with two stops in the magnificent, enchanting towns of Amalfi and Positano. Arrival in your hotel where dinner awaits you.
Day 4 - Capri – After breakfast in your hotel, transfer to harbour to take the boat to Capri. Enjoy a minibus tour around this stunning island and explore the Gardens of Augustus and Villa San Michele, travel as far as Anacapri with a final stop in its splendid square. You can visit the Grotta Azzurra (Blue Grotto) on request. Ferryboat back to your hotel where dinner awaits you.
Day 5 – Amalfi Coast – After breakfast you are free to explore the Amalfi Coast. We suggest using public transport either to bask on one of the beautiful beaches or to stroll through splendid villages like Ravello and Positano. Dinner at your hotel.
Day 6 – Head for Rome – After breakfast, head back to Rome. We suggest visiting St. Peter’s and the Vatican Museums with the Sistine Chapel in the afternoon. Dinner on your own.
Day 7 - Rome – After breakfast, transfer to airport and end of tour.
