Itinerant trekking with use of the accommodation facilities on foot, for 143 km. c.a. from Brindisi, to Lecce, up to Leuca, towards the NATURAL TERMINAL of the SOUTH FRANCIGENE
Day 1 - Arrival in Lecce (if traveling by train); in Brindisi (if you use the plane) free transfer to the hotel in the Lecce area. Transfer by bus to meet the rest of the group and dinner in a restaurant where there will be a briefing with the excursion guides who will present the itinerary with the various stages. Return to the hotel, overnight stay.
Day 2 – Breakfast, 7:30 am by bus to Brindisi. Meeting at 9.30. Madonna del Casale of Brindisi. Cathedral, S. Giovanni at the Sepulcher of Brindisi, Valesium. Arrival in Torchiarolo. Km 27 c.a. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight.
Day 3 – Breakfast, 7:30 am by bus to Torchiarolo. Meeting at 9.30. Madonna of the Assumption of Torchiarolo. S. Maria a Cerrate, S. Maria d'Aurio di Surbo, convent of the Olivetans. Arrival at S. Maria della Porta di Lecce - km. 22 c.a. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight.
Day 4 – Breakfast, 7:30 am by bus to Lecce. Meeting at 9.30. Piazza Duomo di Lecce, convent of the Dominicans of Cavallino, Madonna della Neve and menhir of Galugnano (S. Donato), Madonna degli Angeli of Sternatia, S. Stefano eMaria SS. Assumption of Soleto. Km 26 c.a. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight.
Day 5 – Breakfast, 7:30 am transfer by bus to Galatina. Meeting in Piazza San Pietro di Galatina at 9.30. S, Catherine of Alexandria, hypogeum of St. Anne, Madonna of the Assumption with hypogeum dedicated to the Madonna del Riposo di Sogliano, Madonna delle Grazie and hypogeum of S. Giovanni di Cutrofiano, Supersano cemetery. Km. 26 c.a. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight.
Day 6 – Breakfast, 7:30 am by bus to Supersano. Meeting at 9.30. Cave rock and church Madonna di Coelimanna di Supersano. Madonna della Serra, Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary of Ruffano, S. Angelo and greenhouse of the sinners of Specchia, Church of the Crucifix and Madonna della Scala with arrival in Alessano. Km. 22 c.a. Return to hotel, dinner and overnight. Return to the hotel and overnight.
Day 7 – 5 & ??deg; CAMMINI FRANCIGENI NATIONAL DAY - ndash; Breakfast, 7:30 am transfer by bus to Alessano. Meeting at 9.30 am in Piazza Don Tonino Bello by Alessano. Madonna del Riposo, S. Marina di Ruggiano, S. Maria del Belvedere (Leuca Piccola), S. Pietro in Giuliano, S. Giovanni of the 100 Stones of Patù. Sosta Erma Antica (symbol of the Cammino for Leuca) and stone ritual, 3.30 pm c.a. Arrival at the Sanctuary of S. Maria di Leuca de Finibus-terrae. Km 18. Return by bus to the hotel, dinner for the goodbye with the various components and overnight stay.
Day 8 – Breakfast and guided tour in the historic center of Lecce, free lunch. End of our services.
